This is a game that can be played played with a no-limit
betting structure that allows each player to raise the bet by
any amount up to and including his entire remaining stake at
any time. There is generally a minimum opening bet, and
raises usually must be at least the amount of the previous
raise.

In a game played with a fixed-limit betting structure, a
player chooses only whether to bet or not - the amount is
fixed by rule. The fixed amount doubles on Turn and River
stages. This double wager amount is referred to as a big bet.
