Lyon based Symphonic Hard Rockers DYSLESIA opened proceedings with the self financed 'My Own Revolution' album in 1999. Touring Europe in January of 2000 had the band opening for CHINCHILLA and VANDEN PLAS. The band had their follow up on MTM Music 'Who Dares Wins' opus produced by Dennis Ward of PINK CREAM 69. A notable guest guitar slot comes courtesy of RHAPSODY's own LUCA TURILLI.
In their time, DYSLESIA have opened for RHAPSODY, IRON SAVIOR, LABYRINTH and DEMONS & WIZARDS. A DVD, 'Story And Live' issued by Brennus, included seven tracks recorded in Lyon during October 2002. Bassist Jo Loprete would be superseded by the BLACKNESS credited Sylvain De Nicola. Singer Thierry Lebourg acted as guest vocalist on AEGIRSON's 'Requiem Tenebrae' album.
