HinweiseTrue to its title, "Ambassadors Of Style" acts as goodwill delegate bridging the nations of dub, downtempo, and drum and bass under one stylish package. Thunderball is probably the most "techno" Eighteenth Street Lounge Music gets but we're still talking about ragga stylings, spy soundtracks, vintage cars, and Op Art design. There's a good amount of dub action going down here and then there are the uptempo tracks, which we prefer. Look to Real Audio"Prime Minister", a slightly hard-step drum and bass number with cross-over appeal to the modern-day rude boy. Real Audio"Pop The Trunk", as well, lies somewhere in the funky netherworld of electro. The ambassadors keep that thunder rolling.
