Capture Professional includes a Screen Capture Wizard to help you find the appropriate screen capture modes and options. The wizard also provides some helpful information to get you up and running quickly.

Capture Professional also includes a Capture Assistant. Its a window that will interactively guide you through the screen capture process. It monitors your mouse movements and mouse clicks and will present you with the next step to perform as well as some tips that apply to the screen capture operation that you are performing.

Multiple Screen Capture Modes
Capture Professional has 14 screen capture modes to allow you to capture what you want and only what you want. Capture the entire screen, controls, menus, elliptical areas, windows, DirectX surfaces, polygonal areas, client areas, rectangular areas and more. Capture Professional can repeat the last screen capture performed. Capture Professional can automatically scroll certain applications, including Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape Navigator and the Opera Browser to capture more than what appears on the screen.

Captures images from games

Capture Professional can capture images from popular Media Player applications including Microsoft's Media Player, Real Networks' Real One Player and many DVD players. These DirectX overlay surfaces can be automatically captured by themselves or they can be included in screen captures made using other screen capture modes.

Works the Way You Do
Capture Professional can start captures from its menu bar, from its toolbar, from the task bar, from the system tray and from user-definable hotkeys. Hotkeys are a key sequence that can start screen capture from any application. For example, by default you can press Ctrl+Shift+W to begin capturing an application window.

Captures Video and Images
Capture Professional v5 has the ability to capture images or video and audio. Conveniently, it uses the similar windows and dialogs to save, print and manipulate the data. It also uses the same menu items, toolbars and hotkeys to capture still images and video. Why purchase and learn multiple tools, if you can use just one?

Your Choice of Popular File Formats
Capture Professional saves your images as BMP's, cursors, icons, JPEG's, GIF's, PCX's, PNG's, TGA's, TIF's and more. JPEG's and GIF's can be interlaced. GIF's can have transparent backgrounds.

Preview Your Saves
Capture Professional v5's new Preview Window (see it on the Screen Shots page), allows you to visually compare the file sizes and qualities of up to 3 different combinations of file formats and file options.

Convert Your Images
Capture Professional can open images via the Open dialog, dragging or dropping them onto Capture Professional, by command line or by copying them to the clipboard and pasting them into Capture Professional. Converting the image is just a matter of selecting the File/Save As menu item.

Print Your Images
Capture Professional can print your images and video frames on one or more pieces of paper. The print dialog has a handy preview area to give you a good idea of the results before you go through a stack of paper.

Edit Your Images
Need to tweak, crop, resize, annotate, trim, blur, whatever a screen capture or for that matter any image you can open? Theres no need to haul your images over to another program to edit them. Capture Professional features 18 drawing tools and over 50 operations and effects.

Image Formats
Capture Professional can edit 1, 4, 8, 16, 24 and 32 bit images. 16- and 32-bit images can have up to 8 bits for each red, green and blue color component. It can even directly manipulate highly non-standard bit alignments such as a 16-bit image with 1 red bi. Unpack, install, and replace the original .exe file with the cracked .exe (from the \Crack folder).
